Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Minenite Minecraft network, websites, Discord application, Discord bot, and related services (together, the “Services”) operated by Minenite (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Minenite is a Minecraft multiplayer network and associated Discord application. Contact: blazehavenservers@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Minecraft’s (Mojang / Microsoft) terms. You must be old enough to use Discord in your country (generally 13+). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services with a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Accounts
You may need a Discord account, a Minecraft account, or both. You are responsible for activity under those accounts. Do not share login details. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if you break these Terms or other applicable rules.
4. Discord application
Our Discord application may request permission to identify you, see servers you share with it, assign roles, send messages, or otherwise operate as described when you authorize it. You can revoke access at any time in Discord’s Authorized Apps settings. Revoking access may stop linked features from working.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff;
- cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized clients, macros, or malware against the Services;
- spam, scam, phish, or distribute malware;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or other users’ data;
- use the Services for illegal activity;
- impersonate Minenite staff or misrepresent an affiliation with us.
In-game and Discord server rules posted by staff also apply. Staff decisions on enforcement may include mutes, bans, or removal of Discord access.
6. User content
You keep ownership of content you post (chat, builds, Discord messages, and similar). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the Services. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
7. Availability
The Services are provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, that a particular game mode will remain available, or that data (including worlds and inventories) will never be lost. Backups, if any, are a courtesy, not a promise.
8. Third-party services
The Services rely on Discord, Mojang/Microsoft, GitHub, and other providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their platforms. We are not responsible for those platforms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minenite and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to zero, because the Services are provided free of charge unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
